I have tried many other studios around the country and this one is light years ahead of all the others I've tried. Having four knee operations, a knee replacement and a bad back Carol has helped me stay limber and strong. I was afraid of further injuring myself and she kept me safe from further injury. Her yoga wall is like delicious frosting on a decedent cake. I recommend this studio to everyone I know!
